Ed Castillo, Mechanic

Currently Ed has been serving our Country in the US Army stationed in Iraq. Catch up with him as soon as you can as this summer - 2010 he is off to Afghanistan.  He is our go to man, with mechanic exprience and can fix just about anything. Ed joined us before the cattle ranch was a golf course.

Vader Castillo, Restaurant Manager and Assistant Superintendent

Vader also has been working for Pheasant Creek since the course's inception from cooking early morning breakfast for leagues, serving late night dinners for moonlight tournaments to catering Smokehouse BBQ events. No matter how late the night before he was out, he'll be at work the next day with his sense of humor! Vader is a Walla Walla Community College student who is pursuing a degree in Carpentry.

Pedro Rodriguez, Restaurant Assistant and Groundskeeper

Pedro is always there when you you need him! He's a quiet guy and brings his bright smile to work. Pedro keeps busy at the golf course, Smokehouse BBQ and catering events. He too is a Walla Walla Community College student pursuing a degree in Carpentry.

Juan Castillo, Restaurant Assistant

Jaun graces us with his presence when he can! He is busy with being a student at Walla Walla Community College, a second job at Home Depot and soon to be father in March 2010. As time permits for Juan you can find him either working at the Smokehouse Barbecue, maybe a weekend catered event or sometimes at the golf course.
